Recover in hours, not weeks
Critical servers can be spun up in our Canadian cloud within hours while the original hardware is repaired or replaced.
Deleted is not gone
Restore a single email, a folder from last Tuesday, or an entire mailbox from a departed employee.
Proof for auditors and insurers
Every restore test is logged and reported, which is exactly what cyber insurers and auditors want to see.
Questions about backup & recovery
Doesn't Microsoft already back up our data?
Microsoft keeps the service running, but its retention for deleted items is limited and it will not help you recover from ransomware that encrypts your files or an employee who deletes a SharePoint site. A separate backup closes that gap.
How long do you keep backups?
Our standard retention is one year for Microsoft 365 and 90 days of daily server restore points, with longer retention available for legal or regulatory needs.
