MSP for Canada Inc. ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
Information we collect
When you contact us we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. When we provide services to clients, we may process personal information contained in client systems strictly to deliver those services.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes
- To deliver, support and bill for our services
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data for marketing.
Where it is stored
We store business records and client data in Canada wherever the option exists. Where a service provider processes information outside Canada, we use contractual and technical safeguards and will tell you on request which providers are involved.
Safeguards
Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, encrypted in transit and at rest, and logged.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely destroy it.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits.
